The Fund for Inclusive Excellence

The College of New Jersey is committed to developing a welcoming and inclusive campus climate through diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe diversity thoroughly enriches and enlivens the cultural, social, and intellectual aspects of an already unparalleled campus environment here at TCNJ.

The Fund for Inclusive Excellence will lend widespread support to the institutional priority of inclusive excellence by making possible projects such as:

· A Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation Center that creates opportunities for campus and external stakeholders (including alumni) to address both the historical and contemporary effects of racism.

· An intercultural center that provides advocacy and support for underrepresented groups on campus and fosters intercultural dialogue, exchange, and understanding among all students, faculty, and staff.

· A Diversity Narrative Project featuring portraits of students, faculty, staff, and alumni who share their stories and voices as part of an effort to develop a more inclusive, equitable campus community.
